When I walked in yesterday, Service Manager Denise Pelow greeted me as soon as I walked through the door, put down what she was doing, and walked with me to the counter. As she picked up my file, Zac came out from the shop to finish up. I was there for two minutes - TOPS! And it was the same when I returned to pick up my truck. Very happy with their service team! Let me start off by saying my past experiences here were not bad at all. This time I was NOT impressed! I was told my car needs wheel bearings (covered by my warranty), but if the mechanic breaks the speed not bad at all. This time I was NOT impressed! I was told my car needs wheel bearings (covered by my warranty), but if the mechanic breaks the speed sensors ($300 each!) which are threaded into the wheel bearings while changing them I have to pay for the replacement speed sensors because they are currently not damaged therefore not covered by my warranty! Why should I pay for damage caused by a trained mechanic?! In addition the tire pressure sensor (that had to be replaced when I bought the car 3 years ago (also covered by my warranty) is faulty again... instead of replacing it they “sealed it” and the very next day was losing air pressure in that tire again! More

First service on our 2019 Denali Great. The service dept called me to let me know it was time to have this done. I was going to wait being that I only had 2600 miles on it. I was to Great.
