Went in for a oil change Besides the oil change I guess they looked over the vehicle to see if there were any other issues. The service took about an hour. Also there is no cell phone service which isn't the dealers fault but again a little annoying. More

Would not give me a loaner of any comparison to my vehicle. I have purchased two commercial vehicles from this group of automotive dealers in the past year. Upon a breakdown, my business was left at a disadvant I have purchased two commercial vehicles from this group of automotive dealers in the past year. Upon a breakdown, my business was left at a disadvantage by being down a vehicle, this dealer did not have any available loaner vehicles that met any of the specs of the vehicle that they sold our business. I appreciated how they were able to sell me a vehicle without any issue, however when it came to a vehicle break down they did not respect the fact that having this vehicle is what pays the payments for that vehicle. Therefore we depend on it, and they would not give us a loaner of an equivalent vehicle to use. I will never purchase a vehicle there again. More
