So me and my daughter took a ride down to staffilino Chevrolet Tom showed us a few cars told us about the Chevy Cruze me and my daughter took it for a ride and my daughter fell in love with it. Thank you I saw a minivan posted on a website last Friday night, and on a whim we decided to get up Saturday morning at 6:30 a.m. and drive 200 miles to check i I saw a minivan posted on a website last Friday night, and on a whim we decided to get up Saturday morning at 6:30 a.m. and drive 200 miles to check it out. As soon as the dealership opened, I called and spoke with Tom. I explained our situation and asked if the vehicle was still there. He replied it was and would have it ready for our arrival. When we got there, we were greeted with a smile and kind words. He was very patient with me and extremely fair with the price. Tom was not pushy, condescending, or arrogant. I am a single mom on a tight budget so I put a lot of thought into every big purchase I make. We took it for one more test drive. I was hoping I would 'feel' that this was the vehicle for me. Unfortunately it was not. I made my boyfriend return the keys to Tom because I didn't have the heart to tell him I wouldn't be purchasing the vehicle. I felt bad I couldn't seal the deal and he lost a commission. If you have the opportunity to stop into Staffilino's make sure to ask for Tom.
