My husband and I purchased a 2020 Silverado Trail Boss from Stanley. We traded in a small SUV after only owning for a year. We knew going in we would not get the trade in amount we needed to pay off t from Stanley. We traded in a small SUV after only owning for a year. We knew going in we would not get the trade in amount we needed to pay off the car, and expected to roll in something. Jason and Kenny were helpful in getting us the best trade in value they could. We had been referred to Stanley by my parents who have purchased 2 vehicles from them in the past 5 years. Jason, the salesman they used, has been promoted and no longer is doing the day to day sales. He was still very willing to help us and was involved in the process. He referred us to another salesman, Dave. We had a truck picked out already when we arrived, but they were happy to help us make sure it was what we wanted. We test drove with Dave, and he answered any and all questions that he had. Dave was also knowledgeable about other Silverado options and packages they had available in our price range. They were willing to shop finance options for us, and even stayed after closing to finish the deal. Cory helped us with additional options such as including gap insurance due to our negative equity that we rolled in. I have an insurance background and was pleased that they care enough about their customers to advise those options when they know they are needed. This impressed me. I appreciate all the help Stanley Chevrolet provided us. 4 employees stayed AFTER closing to help us finish the deal.
