Frank had the car I wanted all cleaned up and ready for a test drive the same day! the entire process was easy and transparent. I never felt uncomfortable during the purchase and I was extremely pleased with my experience with each employee I dealt with. This group of guys will try to gaslight you and use every single ruse and deceptive high pressure sales pitch possible to rip you off. The manager here had the audacity to ask me my age in the midst of negotiations about the trade in value of my current vehicle. As if because im a young person I should be unquestioning or something? Don't come out and outright profile customers to their face. He also finished our conversation with telling me he couldn't meet my demand because he has to retire in two years! What?! If thats how you'll talk directly to your customers imagine his behavior towards the workers he supervises. I feel sorry for your employees im sure you make them uncomfortable with your behavior daily. More
