Totally worth the drive!!!!! Thank you I have been researching Chevy Silverado’s for months on line. I came across STAR Dealership in Quakertown, PA. I spoke to a Salesperson, Jake Klein I have been researching Chevy Silverado’s for months on line. I came across STAR Dealership in Quakertown, PA. I spoke to a Salesperson, Jake Klein several times on the phone about this one Silverado he had on the lot. He assured me the truck would be to my expectations if I made the drive to PA and I wouldn’t be disappointed. I drove approximately three hours from Connecticut to STAR dealership, PA to see Jake. On our way down, Jake kept in communication with me regarding the status of the truck. He said he would have it detailed for me and ready by the time I got there. I kept my current truck in immaculate condition and I was afraid that nothing would be able to compare. Jake was right, I was not disappointed. When he brought out the Chevy Silverado, it looked better than it did on line. It was absolutely beautiful and way above immaculate. When we sat down to do the paper work, Jake and his fellow salesmen, managers and financial staff did everything in their power to make the purchase go smooth, and it did. They took care of everything. The entire staff at STAR made me feel welcome as if they knew me for years. They took care of everything; always made sure I was comfortable, offered soft drinks and even asked if I wanted some pizza. I want to thank Jake Klein and the staff at STAR dealership, Quakertown, PA for a wonderful, stress free, purchase of my Chevy Silverado. Andrew was extremely understanding to my needs as to what I was looking for. I actually came into the dealership looking at a truck that was being advertised. Andrew and I were walking the lot and an Audi S4 caught my eye. I have always wanted the S4 and Andrew made this happen. Honestly, the Audi was not the reason I came in that day and I never thought I would be leaving with it. Andrew worked with the sales manager and we made it happened. My wife and I couldn't be happier! We thank Andrew and the entire Star Car Family for making my dream car happen!! More

I came to Star with a strict budget and a specific idea for the type of car we needed for our family. Curt was top notch from the start, listening to our needs and showing us cars that were in our price r for the type of car we needed for our family. Curt was top notch from the start, listening to our needs and showing us cars that were in our price range and with the features we needed. He brought in a car from one of their other dealerships for us to test drive, which ended up being the car we bought. Curt made sure we had everything we needed as far as the car goes. Tom Lawrence crunched numbers like no one else, coming up with a deal that blew me away. They knew what i wanted to pay and got extremely creative to make sure i was able to purchase this vehicle. A very open and honest experience which does not usually happen when it comes to car sales. I plan to make all my future purchases through Star Dealerships because of this. This part of the story put this dealerships over the top as far as I am concerned. On the night before i was to purchase the car and trade my old car in, i wanted to change the brake pads to give them a fresh set as a courtesy and of course a brake caliper locked up. I called Tom Lawrence and explained the situation and without hesitation he said not to worry that he would send a tow truck over in the morning to pick up the car and the dealership would replace the brake caliper. He also said it would not affect the trade in value. I then asked for a huge favor because i would now need a car for work the next day until we could sign the papers that evening. Again without hesitation they let me use the Acadia i was going to purchase for the day. They went above and beyond the call of service here and I was very appreciative. Once again I could not have asked for a better experience in buying a used car from Curt and Tom at Star. More
