Getting service done was a pain, seems there’s a disconnect between service advisors and the mechanics. Leading to little to no communication from the service advisor to the customer. Took a week to disconnect between service advisors and the mechanics. Leading to little to no communication from the service advisor to the customer. Took a week to get diagnosed, then after it was diagnosed there was a time frame given to me for when the part would arrive and the work would be done. After it didn’t get done I ended up buying the part and doing it myself in less than an hour. Paid hefty diagnostic fee for me to end up doing the work myself and be without my vehicle for over a week. I had to initiate every communication for an update on my vehicle and every update was inaccurate. Very frustrating experience. More
