She has had problems with the brakes squeaking and getting worse. She brought it into your dealer STAR 3 times, and now you have the nerve to tell her. Because they are aftermarket brakes you will not fix it. You certified and sold her the car with those brake. Now you want her to pay for it to be fixed, on a car bought about a 3 months ago. What kind of pre-certification program do you have? I was about to go to you, to buy a car, after my Subaru just got totaled last Sunday. But I will be dammed if you can't stand by a product you sell. You can give her all the loaners you want. What good is it, if you refuse to fix the car and give her some BS excuses. lets not forget about the creaking noise from the rear, that you say your going to fix. But you had the car, and you didn't take care of it today 9-3-2019, while it was there. My daughters first car, and tight on money. Now I am going to the BBB and start to put in for the lemon law. If this is not resolved. PUT NEW BRAKES ON THE CAR. It's not like she drove it 40,000 miles. She been complaining from the first week she got the car. How many times has she taken it back to you now 3 times? She got your bumper to bumper warranty 100,000 miles? I understand NORMAL USE of certain parts including brakes may not be covered. BUT this is far from it being used when bought from your dealership to be considered her fault. 50 yrs has a mechanic including a Journeyman before going to FDNY. I owned my own stations. Trust me if I was able to I would fix it. But after my injuries on 911 I have no way to work on cars. More

I got a service done at another Hyundai location and to Star Hyundai service center really restored my faith in Hyundai and auto mechanics in general. I got a service done at another Hyundai location and told them I was taking a very lengthy trip cross country. I was billed over $500 and found out that they didn’t even rotate my tires! When I went to Star Hyundai I was expecting the worst but found that the advisor was extremely helpful and never pushed for any services I didn’t feel comfortable with and the mechanics have always been quick and thorough. They really do want the best for their clients and I trust their recommendations completely. They’ve really won me over and have earned a repeat customer for life. More
It was fast and nice friendly staff I just went for a software update and I was in and out within an hour and a half. The ladies were very nice and I was even allowed to have coffee whil I just went for a software update and I was in and out within an hour and a half. I used to go to a gas station to get an inspection and have my car checked out I would have to leave my car forever .when I go here I sit down have a nice cup of coffee and I'm out of there quickly.
