Another good visit even if one issue couldn't be duplicated. Went back for a wheel alignment, straighten out the steering wheel and to fix the rear passenger door that mysteriously got locked and couldn't open. Went back for a wheel alignment, straighten out the steering wheel and to fix the rear passenger door that mysteriously got locked and couldn't open. They couldn't duplicate the door issue since as luck would have it, when I got to the service center, it worked. They did the wheel alignment quickly and I was on my way. When I go back home, I checked the rear door and it once again locked up. It was too late to go back to show them, but I'll go on another day to have them look at it. More

Awesome service continues 1st visit last week was awesome, and this 2nd visit was just as good. This time to replace a steering column and it was done in the time they said it 1st visit last week was awesome, and this 2nd visit was just as good. This time to replace a steering column and it was done in the time they said it would. Advisor Deleo was attentive and answer my questions as usual. After getting the vehicle, I noticed the car was leaning a bit to the left (probably did this there all along and never noticed till now) but I sent them an email just in case and the manager Ed called me back within minutes and explained everything that was done in the steering wheel fix, what causes wheel alignment issues and the procedure/times to fix it. Very happy with their customer service and attention to make the customer happy. More
