Gary Service Call Noticed headlight out and needed to go to dealer. Phoned just before noon and was told by the woman handling incoming calls that service department w Noticed headlight out and needed to go to dealer. Phoned just before noon and was told by the woman handling incoming calls that service department was too busy to take me. I insisted that she ask the service advisors since I needed only a headlight and this was a safety issue. She reluctantly agreed, put me on hold so that she could ask. The response was yes, it is OK. When I arrived at the facility I was greeted with the usual courtesy and Byungju Kim took immediate action writing up my issue. He check the lights and then asked if there was anything else I needed so I had my routine service performed. He also brought to my attention a recall that needed to be performed. While waiting my son and I took a walk in the neighborhood, found a nice restaurant and were enjoying lunch when Mr. Kim phoned to let me know the job was complete. When I informed him that we were finishing lunch he immediately told me to take my time that there wasn't any rush. In conclusion, the service department employees did a great job, but the receptionist needs further training. More
