Star Hyundai - Service Center

Problem solved! I've had my Tucson for 2 yrs now, and since getting it it has performed very poorly. Acceleration and deceleration have been so bad. I would step on t I've had my Tucson for 2 yrs now, and since getting it it has performed very poorly. Acceleration and deceleration have been so bad. I would step on the gas and there would be no power. I thought it was the dual clutch transmission. it wasn't. 2 recalls were done during my last visit. A vacuum pump cap was replaced and a temperature sensor/ECM update. Now the car works as it should have when i first bought it. This makes me very happy. Just wanna say thanks to Mr Kim and the team at Star Hyundai for helping me with this issue. Also thank you Hyundai for issuing these much needed recalls. Jack L. More

Steering wheel coupler worn Took the car there at 10am with the steering wheel problem, by 2pm they were done. Staff was courteous and not pressing into getting other services. A good experience I needed my first oil change. I had a 9:00 and got early. They took my car at 8:15. The order was written up by 8:30 and I was on my way home by 9:05. I needed my first oil change. THIEVES !!!!!!!! Rip-off artists.....was told car battery was under warranty and upon my entry into service center, I was told that it was not covered and that I had t Rip-off artists.....was told car battery was under warranty and upon my entry into service center, I was told that it was not covered and that I had to pay not only full price for the item and labor, but for a "special" battery which cost much more $$$$$.......and I was clearly exploited!!!!!! Its akin to saying that the remote control you have which requires 1 AA battery, really need a "special" AA battery.....nonsense!!!!!! More
