Jessica was knowledgeable, professional and very courteous, and explained everything in detail. BUT this is the 2nd time in one week, that I went to have Blind Spot Sensor fixed. AND one day late courteous, and explained everything in detail. BUT this is the 2nd time in one week, that I went to have Blind Spot Sensor fixed. AND one day later, and It's Malfunctioning AGAIN! Can't believe I have to return to service department a THRD time. GRRR ! . Especially, since both times I was there, they were understaffed and I waited 4 HOURS in a room with no heat. And they couldn't keep the portable heaters on, because they kept causing a fuse to blow, and room lights would go out. I pity that poor receptionist who has to sit there in that freezing room all day. It was 14 degrees and it felt nearly as cold inside that room. I had to keep my coat AND GLOVES on the whole time since the chill was so bad!! I think Star Hyundai should make this a priority & get that room heated for the comfort of its customers & employees. AND, hire more staff or schedule less appointments. VERY disappointed and DREADING returning to get this sensor replaced. I may very well be taking these service visits into consideration when my lease is up in 20 months. Not a happy customer right now...especially since I paid an extra $1000 to get a Tucson with Blind Spot sensors & am going on 3 months ( & who knows for how much longer?!) without this feature which I miss dearly. Star Hyundai definitely needs to address these problems. More
