My visit to Nissan was terrible. I dropped my car off to have a noise looked at, I was told it was a simple repair (change a belt). I paid the bill and came by later that afternoon to pick up the car only t have a noise looked at, I was told it was a simple repair (change a belt). I paid the bill and came by later that afternoon to pick up the car only to find that the car was not properly repaired and had to be left at the shop for an additional four days. During those four days no one contacted me to give me an update. When I picked up the car the muffler had been damaged. I am highly disappointed in the quality of the work rendered and I don’t see myself bringing my car in to this shop again. More
