Jose Ocasió was amazing, so easy to talk to and knew exactly what I was looking for. He was friendly and guided me step by step through the car lease renewal process. I had planned to lease at my previo exactly what I was looking for. He was friendly and guided me step by step through the car lease renewal process. I have been doing business with this dealer for years and most of all with Jose Ocasio. In two different occasions Jose was able to get my daughter the Ford Escape that she was looking for at the payments th most of all with Jose Ocasio. He has always taken the time to find every possible incentive and or discount so we can save money in the purchase or lease of a vehicle. Jose has always been a man of honesty and integrity . Very courteous , professional and friendly . I have always highly recommended Jose to family and friends and I will continue doing so because I know the kind of person he is. Jose will go out of his way to make sure you are happy with your purchase and will do whatever possible to give you the best deal. He may not always be able to meet your goals or expectations but one thing I do know for sure is that he will try hard to do so. In fact I trust Jose so much that I am currently happily waiting for my 2022 Lincoln Navigator Reserve Special Order to be delivered any day because even though I could have purchase this Navigator from another dealer “ in stock” , I chose to go to Lincoln of Queens , see Jose and custom ordered my 2022 Navigator. I am still getting calls from other Lincoln Dealers with 2022 Navigators in stock and I respectfully tell them that I already have one in order and the main reason is that I want to deal with no one else but Jose Ocasio. I know you can’t please everyone no matter how much you try but one thing I am certain of is that Jose will always do whatever is possible to make the customer happy. Even if there is something wrong or perhaps a mistake was made I know Jose will make it right for the customer if he is given the opportunity to corrected because as I have said before Jose is a man of integrity and customer satisfaction is his main goal.
