We sent in a vehicle for a Ford recall service and left the vehicle for a couple of days. Upon return to pick up the vehicle they asked us for $206 for unrequested or unapproved service. Jose Ocasió was amazing, so easy to talk to and knew exactly what I was looking for. He was friendly and guided me step by step through the car lease renewal process.
