Jose Ostacio was the salesman that helped me get my 2012 Ford Explorer. What a great guy,he is very kind and honest and stayed true to his word. I stumbled upon Ford Lincoln of Queens and said let me give it a try, I literally called got Jose on the phone told him exactly what I wanted he said he would get back to me in a few minutes and he did just that. I remember speaking to him and said to him this deal is too good to be true he assured me that what he said was what I would get. So what did I do... I jumped in my car with my husband and kids and went right on down there, we drove home in our new 2012 Explorer that same night. After being given the run around and being lied to constantly by an employee at another dealership for a whole week being told the car I wanted didn't exist, I found it here. I came from Suffolk County out of my way in traffic and got here just before closing and was still met with great and friendly service, and would do it all over again for my next car. After a week of frustration, I had almost given up on getting a car altogether and was not optimistic coming in to talk to another salesman out to say anything and everything to make a buck, but Seth was great, helpful, and to the point.
