I must say my first visit to the ford site in queens was very questionable at first. I am a young male with no experience purchasing and or leasing a vehicle. I had a horrible experience with ford dealershi very questionable at first. I am a young male with no experience purchasing and or leasing a vehicle. I had a horrible experience with ford dealership in Nassau County, when I purchased a leased 2004 ford explorer. I was sold a dream with an ending of a horrific experience. I was told I would have many different features to the financed vehicle which was not the case. I would not recommend anyone going to the Nassau county ford dealership. You will be sorry if you did. I wanted to say the least when I entered ford dealership in Queens, I was addressed with open arms from Jose Ostacio Sales Rep. This man gave me more than a tutorial about vehicles. He did not rush to say purchase, he provided me with different avenues due to my financial issues. He went above and beyond to ensure that I was making the right decisions for my pockets instead of the look. Jose Furthermore followed up with me on a weekly base to keep me posted on what was going on with the outcome of getting me into my 2012 ford escape. As when it comes to purchasing a vehicle you needed to ensure you that you have insurance on the vehicle which I didn’t have to worry about as Jose took care of everything. I was very pleased and happy with the outcome. I know when it’s time to turn in my vehicle I will defiantly be returning to Jose for that premium services he has to offer. I wanted to treat myself to a new car and I wasn't sure of what type of car to buy but I did know that I wanted a new one. I had a list of dealerships I printed off line and I wanted to start with a Ford d of what type of car to buy but I did know that I wanted a new one. Jose and I hit it off right away!! he gave me the impression of being very professional and experienced, kind, understanding, and easy going,NOT PUSHY like some. Jose new everything about all the cars in his show room, Jose took his time explaining every button in the 2012 Ford Taurus and by doing this I basically took the list of other dealerships that I printed online and through them out!! Mr. Jose Ocasio is an OUTSTANDING person and because of this I purchased my new 2012 Ford Taurus in cash for 31,000.00 and I only have the car for one month and I'm loving it and recommending everyone to this Dealership to meet Jose.
