Initially i was unhappy with the service. However, the owner Michael Naclerio did the right thing and gave me what was promised. He went out of his way to right the wrong that his staff did, and I really owner Michael Naclerio did the right thing and gave me what was promised. In addition he gave my 3 month old twins ford explorer Yankee pin strip cars to play with when they are a little older. I am really thankfull to Michael Naclerio for doing that. I definitely recommend dealing with Michael. It's to bad I can't say the same about the rest of his staff (Sal and Mike Duff). I initially had a very bad rating due to his staff. But dealing with Michael prompted me to change my rating. I only changed my rating to a 3 because of my overall experience from beginning to end. In the past 30 plus years of working with dealers for new vehicle purchases there has always been some sort of misunderstanding or doubt near the end of each purchase creating a feeling of being mislead. This has caused us to never buy twice from the same dealer. This dealer was the exact opposite with no doubts at anytime. We will look to purchase again without any hesitation from this dealer.
