Jack Hine was so great. He made it seem like there was almost no paperwork and nonsense after the numbers were quickly agreed on! I also want to recognize Sal the finance guy. He was very patient with me test driving multiple cars, including the used Cadillac that attracted me to the dealership. With his recommendation, I also test drove a Buick Regal...a car that I had not considered at all. It was Perfect! It had all of the features that I was looking for AND It cost less than the original CTS I had in mind! Next time I am in the market for another car, Carl's will be my first stop.
