I have had many poor experiences with dealerships attempting to "sell" me a car. So when I walked into Carl's, as usual, I had my defenses up. Much to my pleasant surprise, I was greeted by a very f attempting to "sell" me a car. So when I walked into Carl's, as usual, I had my defenses up. Much to my pleasant surprise, I was greeted by a very friendly and knowledgeable salesman, Bob. He made my car buying experience Exceptional! He was very patient with me test driving multiple cars, including the used Cadillac that attracted me to the dealership. With his recommendation, I also test drove a Buick Regal...a car that I had not considered at all. It was Perfect! It had all of the features that I was looking for AND It cost less than the original CTS I had in mind! Next time I am in the market for another car, Carl's will be my first stop. I stopped in at Carls Buick to gather some information on the smaller suv for my daughter. As I was walking into the facility I was approached by a nice young man who introduced himself as Ben Pridemore the the smaller suv for my daughter. I must say John was so incredible!! He seemed to know exactly the features I was interested in - so amazing.....he was so informative about the Encore and how the safety, reliablity and the economic benefits were everything I wanted! John Hobson is the Best - he is like no salesman I've ever met before!
