I always have excellent service and dealing with Starling. Adam Richey always goes the extra mile. My salesman Lee Hellenthal always checks to see if there is anything he can help with. We previously worked with dealership and Orlando two years prior with great experience. Reached out recently and had a bad experience thru an Internet Manager. Decided to try again, and refreshingly years prior with great experience. Reached out recently and had a bad experience thru an Internet Manager. Decided to try again, and refreshingly we chose Olivia. While a deal was not ultimately finalized due to dealer pricing, it was in no way a reflection of Olivia. She tried to get a fair and reasonable deal and went back upon initial declinw from client. No pressure and willing to do business as client requested. We would not hesitate to use Olivia specifically and refer business for Buicks and GMC. She was not even aware that my father was in business for many years and often did dealer exchanges with Carl Buick before Starling. More
