Extremely disappointing The reason for the visit was an overheated transmission. The repair was done poorly. There was greasy hand prints all over the exterior and interior, i showed Tom C. The fluid was not changed, and no paperwork was given till 2 days after I picked up my truck. I told Tom C. that the truck had a shutter and nothing was done. On my next trip 3 days later, the transmission overheated again. After repeated attempts to get a loaner to go on my vacation they said they will not assist me which lead to the current issue. The transmission reaches 270 plus degrees in stop and go traffic. I have never been treated so poorly after a sale as Carls has treated my family. This is a 2017 Sierra with less than 6,000 miles. More

ECM light on dash 2016 Buick Enclave engine light was on went to dealership for correction. Was told to make appointment and it would cost $75.00 to correct. Was suggested i go to another GM dealer who corrected ECM light in about 10 minutes no charge. I will never go back to this dealer for any service in the future.
