Long wait If you go in with a appointment expect to wait a long time. They have the slowest service department. Best dealer experience ever. I was 11 hours away from home on vacation with family . Transmission messed up .one dealer had a week wait. Starling took me right in .gave me loaner I was 11 hours away from home on vacation with family . Transmission messed up .one dealer had a week wait. The problem I had was found and fixed. I bought my SUV 1 1/2 years ago and the key fob would work a day then go out and not work for a week. I had the car in the dealership 8 times and the I bought my SUV 1 1/2 years ago and the key fob would work a day then go out and not work for a week. I had the car in the dealership 8 times and they kept trying to find the problem. This last time did the trick, the GM guy from Fort Lauderdale even checked out the car had something replaced but the fob didn't work again. Someone else was called and they said it may be some wiring, so the tech changed it out completely. I've had the car back almost 2 weeks and it's worked every time when I hit the fob lock and unlock. My serviceman was Eugene at the St. Cloud dealership, he stayed on this and kept me informed on what was going on, a job well done. Many thanks to him and the tech that worked on my car, it was a very difficult problem to find. More

Customer Satisfaction I made an unscheduled visit to see if I could have an oil change because it was due. Larry Rider was there to greet me with his great sense of humor I made an unscheduled visit to see if I could have an oil change because it was due. Larry Rider was there to greet me with his great sense of humor that made me laugh! He immediately fitted my Chevy Malibu for service that only took an hour for a free multi-point inspection, tire rotation, filter and oil change, and a service wash! Thank you so much for the great experience. It would be nice to have another free oil change to celebrate my recent retirement from a 40 year career as a registered nurse.
