Very satisfied with the work completed. Jason's service is always appreciated. The hourly rates are higher than my previous visit, I will return though for the quality mechanic service. Took GMC Yukon in for service oil change as usual since purchase. Service representative provided excellent service as usual. Telephone call and notice when completed. The billing was $106.19 for oil chang purchase. Service representative provided excellent service as usual. Telephone call and notice when completed. The billing was $106.19 for oil change and tire rotation. Plus shop supplies and 3percent for credit card something new. I paid even though I remembered I received in the mail that summer oil changes were $89.95. Why starling did not honor their mailing to me is unclear. Since Starling has purchased the three dealerships pricing has skyrocketed. For Many years my oil change was less than $50 and my car washed. It’s seems this is a money machine and pricing and paper work and process had taken over. Wish my friend and neighbor Ron Norris was back. More
