Hard to contact via phone, The texting initiative has no accountability when no one responds or follows up. When you walk into the service dept. everyone appears to be doing busy work and appears eager yo i accountability when no one responds or follows up. Perhaps you could pick a number snd be called upon like the DMV of a deli? It took over a month for a part to arrive for my vehicle .When it arrived, no one contacted me. I tried calling and texting but no one follow up. I had to show up in person to ask about the delay. It appeared I was being ignored and had to ask to be served! Really? No one likes to do that. Emily made an appointment for me for Next Wednesday. I asked her if I hadn’t showed up in person, I would still be waiting? She responded, yes. Stuff happens but this is what I except from Starling and what I experienced from Ron Norris when my fuel pump went out last Christmas and I decided to go to Tasca GMC in Melbourne. A difference of day snd night. More
The mechanic team is great. Getting hold of a service person to.make an apt or ask a mechanical question is impossible.
