I believe the dealership has some issues to over come. I waited an hour before they took my truck back to do an oil change and that was with an appointment. Then the tech rotated my tires and to asked the I waited an hour before they took my truck back to do an oil change and that was with an appointment. Then the tech rotated my tires and to asked the service manager to have the tech to put my tires back because I just had them rotated. The service manager told me I should have told him.i told him back that he didnt tell me that the tire rotation was included. So I heard the tech cursing and raising xxxx about thru the door.. I can hope other dealers and OEM's can take note and perhaps combine the customer experience here, with the 'others' on-line only purchase model. I have done both now and working with a human and company that does not play games could beat the on-line only model if done correctly. Think "T" and you will understand what I mean by on-line only.
