Service was very good but I was very disappointed iin the car with only 33 thousand miles the ultranater was bad and it wasn’t covered under warranty it was Buicks bad. I've always had a great experience with this dealership. The staff is friendly, the vehicles are reliable, and the service team does quality work. It's a place I've come to trust over the last forty years, which is why I was disappointed to see a new fee added for using a credit card. Seriously ?!? With the already high cost of vehicles and maintenance, tacking on an extra charge feels unnecessary and out of step with the level of customer service I've come to expect. A credit card is used more often than not because people generally don't walk around with hundreds of dollars in their wallet. I hope Starling reconsiders this stupid policy, as it puts quite a damper on an otherwise excellent experience. Thank you to Jason .for all he does ... he rocks!. More
