The repair department is the worst use of money and time I have ever spent in my life. Do not go here at all please. I took my car to be repaired, because my “check engine light” came on and it shook. I tho I have ever spent in my life. Do not go here at all please. I took my car to be repaired, because my “check engine light” came on and it shook. I thought it might be the catyletic (sp?) converter according to my owner’s manual. However, I was told, by the mechanic, that it was not and then they proceeded to hold my car 2 weeks. When I called, they didn’t call me, they told me it was ready. Starr Motors charged me over $1700 and then gave me the key I started my car. It was worse than ever. I gave them back my keys and let them know it was not fixed. Had to leave it another weekend and on Monday they told me that it was the catyletic converter. I left. More
