I called to get oil changed and had to wait 3 weeks to get in …no problem Covid excuse given. I said I’ll wait til you’re in shape. After 3 weeks , I go in. They can’t accommodate me (again) spoke to new general manager..he’s from Ohio (who cares, really.) I transferred from MD. Like my other alfa…I’ll go to charlotte alfa…where they understand customer service. Thumbs down to Alfa for giving this jeep dealer this franchise . Jeffrey Lustig More

I had car trouble 2 hours from home. Thoreau Samuel, Svc Mgr, and the Stateline team took care of me as if I was a regular customer. The customer care experience was superior. So good, I would consider trav Mgr, and the Stateline team took care of me as if I was a regular customer. The customer care experience was superior. So good, I would consider traveling 2 hours to make my next new car purchase from Stateline! More

Bought a package that included a number of oil changes when I bought the car. First time I tried to schedule an oil change (the day the oil change service needed soon light came on) I was told the first when I bought the car. First time I tried to schedule an oil change (the day the oil change service needed soon light came on) I was told the first appt available was a month out and I had no other options. I took the appt, but two weeks later i called and told them I was getting ready to go over on miles and I either needed to get this done sooner or I needed a refund on the oil change purchases so I could take it somewhere else. They did work with me to fit it in if I could leave it for the day, but when I went to pick up the car I found a grocery receipt in the passengers seat and enough miles to know someone had taken my car on their personal errands. More

Returned car with vastly incorrect PSI on tires, making the car UNSAFE to drive. Low PSI left a mark in the driveway! Do not trust this dealership! More
