They can’t accommodate me (again) spoke to new general manager..he’s from Ohio (who cares, really.) I transferred from MD. Bought a package that included a number of oil changes when I bought the car. First time I tried to schedule an oil change (the day the oil change service needed soon light came on) I was told the first when I bought the car. First time I tried to schedule an oil change (the day the oil change service needed soon light came on) I was told the first appt available was a month out and I had no other options. I took the appt, but two weeks later i called and told them I was getting ready to go over on miles and I either needed to get this done sooner or I needed a refund on the oil change purchases so I could take it somewhere else. They did work with me to fit it in if I could leave it for the day, but when I went to pick up the car I found a grocery receipt in the passengers seat and enough miles to know someone had taken my car on their personal errands. More
