Afternoon Delight I had a very good car buying experience at Stateline Nissan. This was in large part to Bobby Calise. He met my wife and I soon after we arrived. I told him why I was there and he took it from there. Bobby explained exactly how things are set up when one comes looking at an on line advertised vehicle. I felt he was upfront, honest, and certainly not pushy in any way. He was efficient, answered any questions I had.and got me into the vehicle I wanted. I was driving on my way home in less than 3 hours. Bobby is good at what he does and I will look forward to running into him when I bring my vehicle in for maintenance. Our Salesperson, Cannon Brian, was excellent There were several good deals advertised by Stateline Nissan on leases and our current lease for the Altima was up in May of 2019. We were interested in changing to a "Rogue" and wanted to know if we could get all the deals they listed in their brochure especially relief of the 4 payments we had left on our current lease. They did agree to all of the deals advertised so we did lease a 2018 rogue. Our Salesman was very helpful, courteous, knowledgeable and understood our financial requirements since we are retired. When we meet with Tejai Santoro, the business manager, she assisted us in every way possible to keep our monthly payments affordable. We highly recommend this dealership and are very satisfied!! When I arrived to take a closer look at a few vehicles, Kwame greeted me at the door with a smile and warm welcome. After test driving a Murano SL and discussing some preliminary offers on a lease, I can back several more times, looking at Rogues and other Muranos. Throughout the process, Kwame was responsive and professional. He was always ready to answer questions, willing to work with me, and quick to find managers and finance team members to answer any additional questions I had.
