EXTRAORDINARY CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I was looking into buying either the 2018 Nissan Leaf or the 2018 Nissan Rogue, so I stopped by Stateline Nissan, and was quickly introduced to Gene I was looking into buying either the 2018 Nissan Leaf or the 2018 Nissan Rogue, so I stopped by Stateline Nissan, and was quickly introduced to Gene Gauthier, he showed me the different model Rogues they had and explained their features by model. and also explained some of the features of the Nissan Leaf. Since I wasn’t ready to make a decision. I told Gene I’d return, but went to other places to shop around like we all do. After coming close to closing on other deals at other Nissan dealerships, I returned back to Stateline simply because I remembered how Gene had told me that he wasn’t going to pressure or harass me into buying a car, and he kept that promise by simply waiting for me to return. When I came back a week later, they had the 2019 model Nissan Rogue SL AWD. Gene quickly showed me this new vehicle which I ended up buying. This was by far the greatest car shopping experience ever, because I didn’t feel pressured at Stateline Nissan. Gene’s attitude, and professionalism is unmatched. More
