I felt like we were together every step of the way until the face to face customer service. I personally feel that if you Are not in front of a sales person, customer service is lackluster. I feel like I waa given the run around or more than one occasion. The amount of times I had to call made me feel like I was "that customer". While the sales employees will do all they can to get you financed and your papers signed, it seems the non face to face customer service portion after isn't held at the same high standard. More
