As soon as I walked toward the building, I was greeted by Bob Calise, who brought me to his cubicle, and made me feel more at ease than I have ever felt. Bob, Keith (the sales manager) and Leanne in the finance office all went the extra mile to get me not only approved, but approved with a term and a payment that was well within my budget. The car I originally had wanted was not going to be an option in my situation, but Bob showed me a vehicle that , in the long run, will suit me better.
