Juan is THE MOST knowledgeable auto salesman, we EVER met (this was certainly not our first rodeo). Usually, my husband knows more about the cars we test-drive than the salesman; however, Juan proved to be exceptional. He and my husband swapped details effortlessly. Juan was completely humble and sincere. Juan’s notable character elevates him above the average sales member – the cream always rises to the top. Not only did he know the cars, most importantly, he LISTENED to what we needed and that is the defining character trait of an exceptional salesman. During our time together, we got to know him a bit. He is a single dad who cherishes his daughter beyond words and he has a big heart (the size of Disney World), plus he loves Gregg’s Turtle cheesecake. Stateline Nissan is lucky to have Juan on its team! I waited a week to share this because I also wanted to make sure I enjoyed my new ride…Oh, I do! RIP to my sweet Penny (minivan) and HELLOOOO to my spunky Murano. Her name will come in time. Of course at delivery we blessed Juan with a cheesecake – he thought I was joking. They do it right - period - Just a great buying experience We went in to look at a 2015 Rogue and left with a 2018 Rogue SV (loaded) with 2,000 miles on it. No pressure at all. We were actually dealing with a sales manager, Keith, (who was fantastic!!) and when we told him we were not thrilled with the 2015 he asked if we wanted to walk the lot. After walking the lot we told him only a 2018 caught our eye but that is out of the range we were looking to be. He said give me 5 minutes and one shot to get the figures together and see what I can do. Keith came back and WOW'ed us. He put together a great deal which kept us within our range. We did the paperwork and bought the car - very simple process and again NO PRESSURE just a great process with a great Sales Manager, Keith. We now had a vehicle with 32 months and 34K left on the warranty instead of a vehicle which was out of warranty. We could not be happier. THANK YOU KEITH!! More
