No arm twisting .... thoughtful considerate assistance Carvol’s(CC) respectful kind approach made the sale today for Stateline Nissan . Normally l would have walked as I was shocked at all the add ons to t Carvol’s(CC) respectful kind approach made the sale today for Stateline Nissan . Normally l would have walked as I was shocked at all the add ons to the originally advertised price . CC turned it around by listening to our concerns and doing his best to reach a compromise that worked for all parties. He did not push the sale but carefully guided it through the negotiations. The major issue that would have walked us was the advertised CPO that was bannered across the website posting. To find it not included in the advertised price left me disappointed to say the least. The fine print excuse is the only tool the sales staff has to combat this obstacle. It may be legal but not ethical. I would encourage management to stop this practice. If it wasn’t for CC’s efforts I would have moved on. My thanks to the sales manager for cooperating in our negotiations. However it would have been easier if the posting price listed CPO can be purchased in bold letters. Or just include it in the price. So 5 stars to the sales staff - 1 Star for poor advertising practices for overall score of 4 stars . Hey if you’re in the market for a new or used Nissan stop in and see CC and tell him Randy sent you.
