If you're reading this review than you're most likely putting in some time researching nissan vehicles. I'm the type of person who doesn't have time to go to the dealership and be shown a bunch of cars that meet my search criteria. I did all my search online beforehand. I found Stateline's website easy to navigate and their search engine simple to use. I was able to find what I was looking for and begin comparing prices and making phone calls or text conversations right away. After reviewing websites from other dealerships, when it comes to used Nissans, Statelines prices are the best around. Even after speaking with other dealerships, Statelines prices were still lower. When I walked into dealership I knew exactly which cars I wanted to see. I was introduced to John Viera who I found to be laid back and friendly. He made my selection process simple and hassle free. Once I identified which vehicle I was interested in John was straightforward about the cost and honest throughout the negotiating process. I never felt pressured or misled or made to feel any other crazy things you hear people say about their car buying experiences. Instead I felt valued and respected. When I left Stateline I knew I got the right car for the right price. More

Wonderful Experience, Ask for CC! My husband and I took our in-laws to Stateline Nissan to buy a new car and had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. My in-laws unexpected My husband and I took our in-laws to Stateline Nissan to buy a new car and had a fantastic experience from beginning to end. My in-laws unexpectedly needed a new car, so we were in a rush to buy, but also wanted to make sure that they were getting a good value. This obviously makes for a stressful situation. We decided to try Stateline as they seemed to have a good inventory of both new and used cars. Due to our work schedules, we got there a little later in the evening one day, hoping to just take a quick look, knowing that they would be closing soon. We were promptly greeted by CC Coleman who took excellent care of us from beginning to end. Although it was getting late, he took his time showing us all of the options. He was a fantastic listener and really paid attention to all the details that we were providing to make sure that the cars he showed were a great fit. Because of some specific features we were looking for, it took a couple of days for us to find the best car for us. CC kept us updated on new inventory, although never hounded us like other dealerships have in the past. He was not pushy at all, but rather understanding and genuine in all of his recommendations. When we finally found the PERFECT car for my in-laws, CC made sure that we got a great value. He was patient and upfront as we worked through the numbers and never made us feel uncomfortable asking questions about the cost. My in-laws are THRILLED with their new car and CC took the otherwise stressful situation of impromptu car-shopping and made it very pleasant for all of us. He even called a couple days after the purchase was complete just to make sure that we were happy with the new car! We would highly recommend Stateline Nissan and our salesman, CC! More

Just purchased my brand new nissan I had no idea I was going to buy a new car that Sunday January 14 When I stopped in to State line Nissan just to look ! Thanks to John Araujo he put I had no idea I was going to buy a new car that Sunday January 14 When I stopped in to State line Nissan just to look ! Thanks to John Araujo he put me in a brand new 2017 Nissan Sentra that I absolutely love. John worked within my budget and was able to get me a deal I couldn't pass up. Purchased a new Rouge, great sales team! Went here to look at the 2017 Rouge after having a horrible experience at another dealership. Was met at the front door by friendly sales guys. Wayne the sales manager introduced himself and had me work with Josh. We sat and spoke about what I was looking for, willing to spend, etc. He went over the process of what we were going to do and grabbed a copy of my license for a test drive. Went on the test drive and went back asnd sat to start looking at numbers. Josh returned with numbers that were way to out of my price range. He went back to the sales managers and came back with others numbers and the sales manager Wayne came over to talk about numbers. Wayne was funny and very personable as well as Josh. Wayne worked with me on the pricing that I could afford. I ended up switching the vehicle to another stock vehicle with a small change and that was done with no issues. I had my Altima to trade in, which I owed money on and they were able to work with me on that as well. Josh and Wayne were both great to work with! I would recommend anyone to go here, they listen and work with their customers. I was impressed with how personable everyone was. Happy with my new purchase, I will bring the car there for service for sure and see Kevin in service! Check out this dealership for a great car with a great sales team! More
