On my third attempt at having my 2020 Jeep Gladiator Rubicon there to fix two issues I left it for one week to get it fixed. The day I was to pick up I was told "well its sort of fixed and got a long story before just asking is it fixed or not and the answer was no. I received no phone, text or email asking me about the vehicle while there nor did we ever discuss whether or not something would be under warranty. I wanted it fixed, left it for a week so it would be fixed and it is NOT fixed. My passenger side heat STILL does not work and now my steering wheel squeeks after being worked on for a heated steering wheel issue. Lets just say I am not impressed after three attempts and leaving for a week I will be looking elsewhere to get my vehicle fixed. More
