I awoke to a flat tire. I thought I had purchased the third-party insurance for a patching of the tire or a new tire but when I spoke with Chuck in the department, he could not find anything about it on third-party insurance for a patching of the tire or a new tire but when I spoke with Chuck in the department, he could not find anything about it on file. I found the zip drive that they had given me when I purchased the vehicle in January and sure enough I found the policy that I had paid for which covered my tire. I drove there on the same day with no appointmentAnd had the tire patched. If I’m being honest I was somewhat frustrated that when I had originally made the call in the morning that they were unable to find the policy I had purchased and it wasn’t until I had to go back to explain that I had found a policy in my initial sales paperwork that they were able to then call to confirm that in fact I do have the insurance. Overall, the experience was very positive and they were able to quickly patch my tire. The folks at the front desk as well as in the back desk were very professional and helpful. More

Purchased my Wrangler just over a year ago. Have been back 3 times. Always a different service manager. When trying to book your appointment, I’ve encountered issues with the person scheduling my appoint back 3 times. Always a different service manager.
