Confusion, false promises, false advertisement I was in the market for a '15 Sorento with a third row. Found one listed at Station Chrysler Jeep. My husband called the dealership and somehow got parts/service. They transferred him to sales, and he talked to a guy named Manny. Manny verified that the vehicle was available. The next day we were driving to the dealership and my husband called to let Manny know we were on our way as he requested. Call the dealership and they inform us there is no Manny there. After doing some research, we find that when they transferred us to sales, they transferred us to BROCKTON. Fine. The car was still in Mansfield. The car was advertised on their website as having a third row. When we drove the car the seats were all folded down. I've driven plenty of other 7 passenger Sorentos in my search for a new car. We sign the papers. The salesperson had promised my husband they would drop the car off to his work on Tuesday (Monday was a holiday). Tuesday comes, and he receives a phone call stating the car is ready to be picked up. No, you said you would drop it off. They state that is not happening and refuse to pay for my husband to take an Uber to pick up the car! He had gotten a ride to work, (45mins from home) because they promised to drop the car off to his work. A week later, I go to open the third row seats, THIS CAR HAS NO THIRD ROW! Do NOT recommend this dealership More
