Mark Alfonso makes a real bad representation for this dealership. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME if he is the fill in finance manager that day. He basically belittled the salesperson, making them look like a liar, for his own selfish reasons. He will not honor any quote you get prior to going in, makes up stories as to why this is the best deal, claims he pulled a lot of "favors" for this. The two people who referred me raved about the process at this dealership and how easy it was, even though it was way further and less convenient to get to. When you check out the dealer rater ratings of the dealership he actually works at, most of the negative ones have his name tagged in them. Clearly he's the common denominator with negative reviews. I can only hope the upper management keeps an eye on this guy, they need an extra bottle of Krud Cutter to cut his grime. Not a good look for any dealership, especially when you personally know people who came quite a way to have a flawless sales process/transaction. More
