Brought my 2019 jeep in for tire rotation was told wheel lock was stripped and needed to be drilled out. 1 have always had this dealer do my service. They were the the ones who stripped the lock. I leased a brand new jeep wrangler back in October. My excitement of having the vehicle faded soon as I realized I purchased a problem. The vehicle that is $70,000 has had multiple check engine lights almost every other month. I’ve been going back and forth with the dealer since I purchased this vehicle in October 2022. I’ve been In/out of service multiple times at this and other jeep service departments locations with different issues that the vehicle was having. At this point, it seems they just want to stick me in a unsafe vehicle especially when I travel with my wife and children. I’ve had to contact the manufacturer due to the dealership not wanting to take their troubled vehicle back. It is a situation that nobody here wants to deal with which I find unprofessional. As a safety/liability issue, I would expect station Chrysler jeep to do the right thing and this just doesn’t seem to be the case. More
