Chuck and Victoria do a great job. Our 7:30 AM appointment was right on time and the techs got us back on the road by 8:40 AM after oil and filter, tire rotation and overall check for Our 7:30 AM appointment was right on time and the techs got us back on the road by 8:40 AM after oil and filter, tire rotation and overall check for our Cherokee with plenty of time to make our next appointment. Chuck knows automotive mechanics and and service and both he and Victoria know my background as an old wrench turner and Mopar geek. Chuck always provides input and asks for my feedback. He and his team help keep our 2004 Dakota on the road. He will not hesitate to have the techs come and speak to me or bring me out on the shop floor to look at the work, worn parts, etc. To me, this and an always squared away shop signal a well managed service department. More
