Worst 10 minutes I’ve ever spent at a car dealership in my 50 years of buying cars. After getting no less that 3 messages from them reminding me of my appointment with a salesman named Brittin who promised my 50 years of buying cars. After getting no less that 3 messages from them reminding me of my appointment with a salesman named Brittin who promised to have the car we were interested in ready for our test drive, we drive 45 minutes to Kyle, ask for Brittin, then have him come out from the back to address me by the wrong name just long enough to tell us he was too busy. Then he hand us off to a very nice young lady who has no idea why were there, then we wait 10 minutes for her to bring out a car that was so covered with dirt and bird poo, we couldn’t tell what color it was. Their disrespect for their customers is shocking, lazy, and too stupid to earn anyone’s business. They are a real throwback to the bad old days of car dealerships. If they were the last dealership on the planet, I would go to my workshop and build a car from scratch. More

Terrible Service under this new Owner. My Wife's Sonata Hybrid lost power doing 60 mph in heavy traffic on Ben White Blvd. Dash warning appeared: Hybrid Battery Failure. then, Turn Off E My Wife's Sonata Hybrid lost power doing 60 mph in heavy traffic on Ben White Blvd. Dash warning appeared: Hybrid Battery Failure. then, Turn Off Engine. It was towed to Steele Hundai/Kyle where their tech guy cleared the warning codes without writing them down. then drove it 50 miles and reported: After two weeks and many calls and failures to return my calls, they said, the warnings did not reappear and said she should drive it until the warnings came on again and presented me with a $250 bill for "evaluation". I could have gotten that advice for free at AutoZone; And A.Zone would have had the good sense to write down the error codes that indicated what the problem is. I've never experienced such distain for their customers and uttler lack of professionality. More

This dealer may have the best prices but you have to jump through hoops to access them & endure sleazy car sales tactics.
