I had repair done on my 2020 Ford ecosport on March 31, I was told to bring my car at 9am they didn't take the car in until after Noon!!!! Waited ALL day! The tech that worked on my car moved my car seat in was told to bring my car at 9am they didn't take the car in until after Noon!!!! Waited ALL day! And Taylor Lyon at the service desk is hard to talk to, didn't seem to want to answer my questions. More

Buying the vehicle, brand new, was like dealing with any other dealership. It was a typical sale. However, when you have a problem, their service department is awful. I will never buy another Lincoln (or Ford) and I’ll be telling everyone to stay far away from any Lincoln/Ford dealership or vehicle in the future. More
