Bought a brand new 2014 Ford Focus from street pointe ford and had nothing but trouble from the beginning with it .Had 3 or 4 clutches ,new transmission,3 or 4 transmission modules.At one time had the se ford and had nothing but trouble from the beginning with it .Had 3 or 4 clutches ,new transmission,3 or 4 transmission modules.At one time had the service manager tell me it was out of warranty but found out it wasn’t.Now I call to have it looked at because it is skipping and stuttering on take off ,they intern schedule and appointment for June 8th to fix it and they call me and say the price went up from 1203.00 to 1700 and something because the mechanics rate went up though I have a paper that says 1203.00,and the week prior Cindy from service called and I asked is it still 1203.00 and she stated yes it is.The service manager said we are not eating that difference.Great dealership.THANKS STEET PONTE FORD LINCOLN FOR NOTHING.
