Patience and Efficiency! I started looking at the car I bought in February. The salesman was patient with me as I contacted him not one but two more times over a 2 month peri I started looking at the car I bought in February. The salesman was patient with me as I contacted him not one but two more times over a 2 month period. Each time he adjusted the numbers with me, told me the changes based upon current promotions and offered to meet with me. When I finally made it in, he understood my hectic schedule and made everything very easy and efficient. I left with exactly what I wanted, at an excellent price (having shopped it around for 2 months) and am extremely happy! More

Kept my appointment for first service on time, total 1 hour I really like that I could wait for the first service in their comfortable lobby with a desk and free K-cups to get the day started right.
