I like the dealership, including the front sales staff but the service personel could use a little more training on dealing with the public..I had an issue with my engine light staying on ,l called on a w but the service personel could use a little more training on dealing with the public..I had an issue with my engine light staying on ,l called on a wed to see if I could get someone to take a look at it as I mentioned i needed it for a trip out of town the coming weekend. All I was told by the service center is how slammed they were and being short with a mechanic in school for training. They said they could get me in the following wed for service. I took the appt and hung up the phone. I hung up the phone being xxxxxx not knowing if I drive the car thru the weekend how I might damage something or whether it was going to poop out on me. I told myself this will be the last car I purchase at you dealership..I decided to call back and request to speak with Garrett who happened to be out at the time. Had it not been for nice , polite girl on the other end of the phone who listened to my complaint and understood where I was coming from. She got me connected to the service manager and after complaining he agreed to at least put it on the scanner and read the code so I could have peace of mind knowing l wouldn't ruin something. I brought the car over at 11 00 and the manager was out to lunch. At first no one was available to scan my engine when I got there ,finally after not finding someone to scan my engine the nice tall mechanic just to the left of the overhead door facing the service office offered to scan my engine for me. After talking with the mechanic he put my mind to ease saying driving it wouldn't hurt anything. I can honestly say that if it wasn't for that pleasant voice that answered my call the second time and understood my not wanting to wait a week driving the car not knowing if I was damaging something. I m not an unreasonable person, but guarantee had it not been for Adriana Frank taking my call that day and being so helpful I swore I was done doing business with your dealership. My father in law Norman provonsil bought 3 cars at one time from your dealership and I'm on my second or third purchase. I tried to talk to Garrett a second time when I came to pick up our vehicle but he wasn't there that time either .l hope whoever reads this takes a minute to thank Adriana for her pleasant ,helpful personality. She also helped my wife sync her phone to our car. Just hope she gets recognized for what she does above and beyond her job. She's a keeper. Thank you Bill Kerstetter More
