We had a great relationship with our salesman Garret and the sales manager Travis. We all agreed to a fair negotiated price for the used vehicle my wife and I decided to purchase. This was on a Thursday and the sales manager Travis. We all agreed to a fair negotiated price for the used vehicle my wife and I decided to purchase. This was on a Thursday and I was scheduled to pick up the car the following Monday. My credit union hadn’t heard from the dealership by Saturday. I called the dealer and was told I could buy the vehicle at the original advertised price, but not at our negotiated price, because they would be losing money. I drove back to the dealership on Monday and spoke with their management. They wouldn’t budge on their original asking price, and we live over 100 miles from the dealer, so my wife and I bought the car anyway. Except for the professionalism of our salesman Garret, we felt cheated and lied to by management. We are happy with the vehicle we purchased. More

Each time I called, Joe was very helpful and answered all my questions. When I felt I had enough information to make the 3 hour trip from South Bend, I was not disappointed! The vehicle was in wonderful condition and had very low mileage. The entire staff was knowledgeable, and my wife and I felt like we had found new friends. When a slight concern arose after owning my trail blazer 2 months, the Manager Gary, handled everything to my extreme pleasure. Horrible experience!! They blatantly lied and misled you to get you in the door (even had written proof of the lie) . 2 sales people(sales manager and salesman named Efrain... Efrain was the one who lied ou to get you in the door (even had written proof of the lie) . 2 sales people(sales manager and salesman named Efrain... Efrain was the one who lied outright) tried to take advantage of the situation (possibly because I'm a female) and they thought that a weasel-ly approach would end in a sale!! Do NOT go here if you want a good deal on a car!!!!! I cannot stress this enough!! Otherwise happy car shopping:)! I hope this review will save you time and money in the end!!! More
