Everybody was so friendly and helpful in every way that there is not a thing that I would change. I had previously gone to White Plains Nissan and even though I had told them that I wanted a Maxima but pr there is not a thing that I would change. I had previously gone to White Plains Nissan and even though I had told them that I wanted a Maxima but probably would not be able to afford it and would end up with an Altima they didn't even show me a Maxima they automatically put me in an Altima and although I said the same thing here at Yorktown the first car they showed me was a Maxima they didn't even mention the Altima even though that too is a beautiful car. Everything went very smoothly - John followed up with me about my car--got me to the train station on time (I forget the driver's name but he was also wonderful and very polite). I arrived for my appointment at 8am and was instructed to pull my car right into the service entrance. John Berrios immediately introduced himself and was very personable. Within 30 minutes, John came to pull my car right into the service entrance. John Berrios immediately introduced himself and was very personable. Within 30 minutes, John came to find me in the waiting area. He explained that the tire pressure sensor was damaged and should be replaced and then brought me over to the car, showed me where the damaged sensor was located and when I asked if it was a repair that could wait or if the sensor could just be disabled, he explained that the tire was leaking air. I gave the go ahead to make the repair and John immediately made arrangements for another employee to drive me home as I was scheduled to work from home beginning at 9am. He was very thorough and polite and I appreciated the fact that he did not make me feel ignorant due to my limited knowledge about my own car. Midafternoon, John called to let me know that my car was ready, asked if I needed a ride and when I indicated that I would not need a ride, he let me know that I could pick up my car up until 6pm and that he was available if I had any questions. John is an excellent service advisor. Unfortunately, I do not remember the name of the young man who gave me a ride home, but I do want to mention that he also was very cordial and based on our conversation, I understand that he is hopeful to transition to the position of mechanic. From the perspective of a customer, he interacts well with the public and clearly enjoys auto repair and would, therefore, be an asset to your company. More
