It was absolutely terrible!’ I came in with my pre-approved car loan. They insisted to use theirs and stating that I would get a better rate through their relationship with the bank! Not until I approached the Finance Manager’s office, he then presented me with a higher interest rate for the car loan. When I rejected the offer, he literally said that it is only a difference of a small change. I was treated like a nickel & dimer?! Who is the one nickle & dimer? When I rejected the warranty proposal, he gave me such an attitude with a condescending tone of voice. I will never go back to this Nissan nor my friends and my associates! I am spreading the word!! More

1) Had to wait for sales person no big deal but we were waiting outside to test drive. He was texted twice from staff and we realized he was sitting in car that we were standing in front of. I was told if paying CASH the car price goes UP a thousand AND the car would then Not be Certified pre-owned. WHAT?? More

Stay far away from Yorktown Nissan!!!!! List cars at good prices then try to hammer you with 1500 dollar fee for nothing. Then try to add money into the final paperwork for nothing! Total ripoff. Quoted one price for fees which was to include registration and inspection but did not and was $556 more than quoted.
