Great experience buying a car at Yorktown Nissan I’ve never gone into a dealer by myself to shop for a car because it always seemed too intimidating and too much of a hassle. That was until I went to Yorktown Heights Nissan and met my salesperson Michael Britt. Can’t say enough about the incredible customer service he delivered. He was patient; he encouraged me to test drive as many cars as I liked because he wanted to make sure I felt comfortable with my decision. He explained all the features of each car in detail. Since I was buying pre-certified , Michael explained the carfax report , the mileage per year, history of ownership etc. After I decided on a car he explained the financing process. The day I picked up the car he spent time again going over everything about the car. Michael is a no-pressure salesperson who is willing to spend time helping his customers. More

It was quite a relief not to have trouble with the transaction. We got the financing we needed. we were introduced to the general manager. Then it did not go well as they low balled my trade in offering $1000. BTW- today we got $2600 for the trade at Mazda in Middletown, NY. Then the salesperson insinuated that I was withholding information about a minor collison that he saw on the CARFAX. When they didn't increase their lowball offer, they told us they could come down a couple of hundred on the Rouge. Then salesperson told us my daughter may get a higher interest rate because it would be her first car loan. BTW- today she qualified for a 3.7% APR loan. I would tread carefully at this dealer. The salesperson was even awkwardly insensitive and not funny when he referred to my daughter's black ice accident(which we unfortunately shared). I didn't care for the way the salesperson spoke to me, I am 30 years his senior and he should have been less casual than he was. So, we are never thinking of this dealership again when car shopping and will never recommend it to friends or family if asked. More
